Conservation of water dramatized in the Street drama stage
GKWSP officials of Central region launched their next episode of public awareness series successfully staged by the Peradeniya Campus-based street drama troupe. In the year 2015, the theme initiated with ‘balan kadatura hara dase’, followed by launching the Professional plumber training workshop with the technical collaboration of NVQ authorities. In order to deliver the theme to the next horizon, they produced ITN Coffee Table discussion for the sake of “Prevention of water wastage at consumer premises by means of skilled craftsmanship and SLS certified pipes and fittings’.
So far GKWSP had utilized various mass media strategies to convey this valuable message to every door step of the country. This Street Drama Performance is yet another effective mode for educating the general public.
