The Call Center located in Maligakanda is one of the focal points in the customer care services of the NWSDB. This facility is operated 24 hours a day.
The Customers can call 1939 and get various information and lodge their complaints, grievances regarding the operations of the NWSDB. The complaints, grievances captured to the system are immidiately delivered to the relevant officers for immidiate attention with coustomer feebacks on the status.
The facility is toll free from SLT originated calls and the NWSDB is now negotialting with the telecom operators in the country to grnat this facility toll free from other operators as well.
